We strongly recommend buying tickets directly through Zach’s website or by calling the Box Office. Tickets from third-party resellers won’t be honored—so stick with us to make sure your seats are legit.

Wheelchair-accessible seating is clearly marked with an icon on each theater’s seat map. Each space includes a companion seat right next to it.

Here’s where to book for easiest access:

• The Topfer: Choose seats in Row I (ground level; all other rows require stairs).
• The Kleberg: Go with Row A for step-free access.
• The Whisenhunt: Row D is your best bet—it's at ground level.

All sales are final, but we get that life happens—if a performance is canceled due to weather or COVID-19, we’ll take care of you.

Need to swap your tickets? You can exchange them for a small fee per ticket. Just note: ticketing and handling fees aren’t refundable, as they help cover processing and keep things running behind the scenes. We appreciate your support!

Yes—there’s still a very good chance! For sold-out performances, we offer a limited number of full-price stand-by tickets. Stand-by guests are seated at curtain time in any unclaimed seats.

To check availability, call the Box Office at 512-476-0541 x1 during regular hours. If we can’t get you in (which is so very rare), we’ll refund your stand-by ticket.

Absolutely! If you can’t make it or want to gift your tickets, feel free to pass them along. Just let your friend know the name the tickets are under—and if possible, share the order number to make pickup easy at Will Call.

Not going and don’t have anyone in mind? You can also donate your tickets back to Zach for a tax-deductible contribution.

Heads up: Zach XP membership tickets are non-transferable.

If you have a printed ticket, the theater name is listed right below the show title and date. You can also find it on our website—each performance includes its stage location.

Once the show starts, any empty seats may be released to stand-by guests or volunteers. If you’re on your way but cutting it close, give us a call at 512-476-0541 x8—we’ll do our best to hold your seats!

No problem—we’ve got you. As long as we have the name the tickets were purchased under, we can reprint them at the Box Office.

Ticketing fees help cover essentials like ticketing software, credit card processing, and staff support. We do our best to keep these charges as low as possible.

No matter how you buy your tickets, the fees are standard—and they help keep Zach thriving as a nonprofit theater. Thanks for understanding and supporting the work we do!

Zach does offer group rates for qualifying performances for groups of eight or more.  Special rates are available for student groups.

We price the front row of the Topfer Theater at $25 to keep theater accessible for more people—just like many major theaters around the country. For some shows, these seats may have a partially obstructed view, but they still put you right up close to the magic.

We sure do! From Pay-What-You-Will nights to Senior, Military, and Student Rush discounts, we’ve got options to help make theater more accessible for everyone.

Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, racism, sexism, or any targeted behavior will not be tolerated. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such actions.

Offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive language is prohibited.

Please avoid loud talking or other disruptions during performances. If you exit, please do so quietly and speak with a house manager to be reseated.

Remain in your assigned seat unless directed otherwise by staff. Please speak with the Box Office if you’d like to exchange seats.

All Zach venues are smoke-free and vape-free to respect patrons and preserve our spaces.

These items include weapons, illegal substances, or items that could pose a danger to others.

Adhere to emergency procedures and follow directions from theater staff at all times.

Dispose of trash in the bins provided throughout the lobby. Vandalism, theft, or damage to property is strictly prohibited.

Silence mobile devices and be mindful of others during performances. Photography and recording are in direct violation of copyright laws and are not permitted.

After you purchase a Zach XP membership, you’ll get a confirmation email with everything you need—including a unique booking link. Bookmark that page—it’s your go-to spot for reserving tickets.

When you arrive, just show your Zach XP membership barcode—either in the Zach app or from your welcome email. Our parking attendants will check you in for free parking, and you can flash the same barcode at the bar to grab your discount.

Absolutely! As a Zach XP member, you get 10% off extra tickets for friends and family—so bring the whole crew.

Memberships are just for you—they’re non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser.

Have more than one person in your household? You can buy multiple memberships under one account. If your friends live elsewhere or plan to attend separately, we recommend individual memberships so everyone gets the full Zach XP experience.

No problem—just give the Zach Box Office a call at (512) 476-0541. We’re happy to help you make changes for free, as long as it’s at least 48 hours before showtime.

Yes! Your Zach XP membership includes access to up to 3 performances of our Holiday Add-ons like A Christmas Carol. Want to bring more people along? You can always purchase extra tickets using your member discount.

For all other shows, you can book the number of tickets your membership allows per performance—plus additional guest tickets at 10% off.

As long as you want it to! Your membership renews automatically each month—just cancel anytime if you need to pause or stop.
