* The Fair Market Value for VIP Parking in the Topfer Theatre lot is $96/season. Please note, donors who recommend gifts to ZACH via a Donor Advised Fund are not eligible for benefits with a fair market value and must pay for their annual parking pass by contacting ZACH’s Marketing Team at amintz@zachtheatre.org.
