2018 Raffle

Support ZACH Theatre and you could be a winner!

Support ZACH Theatre’s artistic and education programs by participating in ZACH’s annual raffle. With each ticket purchased, you’ll have the chance to win one of three exciting prizes. Each year, ZACH provides $50,000 in scholarships to students who can’t otherwise participate in theatre education. Your ticket purchase will support scholarships for these aspiring and deserving young individuals.

First Prize: Choose your own adventure! Your choice between:

  • Broadway Hamilton experience for four
    Includes show tickets, a three night stay in New York’s iconic Plaza Hotel, and round trip airfare
  • Disney Paris adventure for four
    Includes two-day park tickets for Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Paris, a five night stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile, and round trip airfare

Second Prize: VIP experience for eight for ZACH’s 2018-19 season opener, Once, in the Topfer Theatre Director’s Booth, including hors d’oeuvres and wine provided by the ZACH bar

Third Prize: VIP tickets for two to ZACH Costume Bash (November 3, 2018)

 


Official ZACH Theatre Raffle Rules

  • $50 per ticket or 3 for $100.
  • No limit on number of tickets purchased by an individual.
  • Raffle purchase is for chance and is not tax deductible.
  • No refunds on raffle ticket purchases.
  • Odds of winning are based on the number of raffle tickets purchased. No limit on number of tickets sold.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
  • No physical tickets will be sent to online purchasers, however online entries will be confirmed via email.
  • All prizes will be subject to federal tax withholding in accordance with the requirements of Federal law.
  • No raffle tickets will be sold after August 31, 2018.
  • ZACH Theatre is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries.
  • ZACH Theatre staff and Board Trustees are eligible to win if they purchase tickets.
  • Each prize is subject to restrictions.

 

Selection and Notification of Winners

  • Drawing to be held onstage before the final matinee of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Sunday, September 2, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. in the Topfer at ZACH Theatre.
  • First drawn winner receives 1st Prize package. Second drawn winner receives 2nd Prize package. Third drawn winner receives 3rd Prize package.
  • Winner must show proof of a valid driver’s license in order to claim the prize.
  • Winners will be contacted by phone and email. If the winner cannot be reached after 72 hours from first notification attempt, the winner’s ticket is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining tickets after the 3rd Prize drawing. ZACH Theatre is not responsible for problems occurring through telecommunications or the Internet, which may affect winner’s receipt of the prize notification.
  • Raffle winners will be posted online at zachtheatre.org after three eligible winners have been chosen.

 

Each prize is subject to the following official prize details and restrictions.

1st Prize
Option 1 – Broadway Hamilton Experience

Experience Includes:

  • Four Rear Mezzanine seats to Hamilton: An American Musical
  • Three night stay at the Plaza Hotel (two rooms)
  • Coach Class round trip service for four from any major metropolitan airport in the 48 contiguous United States to New York, NY.

Hamilton Tickets:
Winning Bidder to provide three show date options. Tickets will either be available for pick up at the event or will be mailed or emailed to the winning bidder a minimum of a week before the show.

Airfare:
Travel is available from any of the 48 contiguous United States to the 48 contiguous United States or Canada subject to availability. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. Airfare taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. The following blackout dates apply: the weeks of New Year’s, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Any airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges (if charged) are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ground transportation is not included in this package. Travel must be booked within 12 months from date of purchase. Reservations are subject to availability. All packages have a no refund policy. Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates.

Package Redemption:
Your package redemption voucher will be emailed to you by Auction Packages. Please allow 15 days for your redemption voucher to be delivered from the time payment is received. You will need your redemption voucher number when contacting Auction Packages’ concierge department for booking your travel. Travel needs to be booked within one year and traveled within two years. Travel must also be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance, and reservations are subject to availability. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and are non-refundable. This package cannot be resold.

Option 2 – Disneyland Paris Experience

Experience Includes:

  • Four Two-Day / Two-Park Tickets for Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Paris
  • Five night Stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile (two rooms)
  • Coach Class round trip service for four from any major metropolitan airport in the 48 contiguous United States to Paris, France.

Hyatt:
Hyatt Stay Certificates are redeemable only at participating Hyatt hotel locations listed at certificates.hyatt.com. Locations are subject to change without notice. Certificates are valid for the number of nights indicated on the front. Certificates are good for one continuous stay comprising consecutive nights at any one participating Hyatt. No credit will be issued for any certificate that is not fully used. Accommodations are subject to availability and certificate level at time of reservation and blackout dates may apply due to seasonal periods or specific events. Valid for a standard guestroom at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts® and Hyatt Place® and a one bedroom suite at Hyatt Summerfield Suites®, single or double occupancy. Valid only toward the guestroom rate and associated taxes. Additional fees for 3rd and 4th guest may be applicable. Not applicable for food, beverage, service, or incidental charges. Hyatt Gold Passport points will not be given for the-value of this certificate. Reservations for your Hyatt Stay Certificate must be made in advance by calling (800) 555-0233 in the U.S. or you’re nearest Worldwide Reservations Center. The certificate code must be provided when making reservations. Normal arrival and departure restrictions apply. The availability of certificates at and travel to and from, and certain destinations shall be subject to respective government approvals, regulations, restrictions and applicable taxes. Certificate cannot combinable with Upgrade certificates, other promotional certificates, group travel, tour packages, conventions, or special rate programs. Not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced. Tax liability, if any, including disclosure, are user’s responsibility. Certificate void if sold for cash or any other consideration. The original certificate and identification will be required when you check in. Hyatt reserves the right to request a form of security deposit in advance for expenses not covered by the certificate. This certificate will not be extended beyond the expiration date. Terms are void where prohibited by the laws of the state of Maryland, USA. Suggested Retail value is calculated using high season rates.
