Planned Giving

Leave a legacy of support for ZACH Theatre – an investment for future generations.

A planned or deferred gift is a meaningful way to leave a legacy of support to an organization that has played an important role in your life. You don’t need to be wealthy to make a planned gift. With thoughtful planning, you have the opportunity to make a significant gift that will benefit the future of the ZACH Theatre—one of the ten original regional theatres in America—and support both your personal and philanthropic objectives.

Examples of these types of gifts are:

  • Name ZACH Theatre in a will or living trust
  • Designate ZACH Theatre as a beneficiary in a qualified retirement plan [e.g., IRA, 401(k) or 403(b)]
  • Designate ZACH Theatre as a beneficiary in a life insurance policy
  • Establish a charitable remainder trust or charitable lead trust
  • Make a gift of personal property or real estate to ZACH Theatre

A planned gift is an investment in ZACH Theatre for the benefit of future generations. You have the option to designate your planned gift for a particular program or category of theatrical works that have special significance for you.

If you have already included ZACH Theatre in your estate plan, please notify us so that we can recognize your generosity. For more information on this type of charitable giving and how it might benefit you, your loved ones, and ZACH Theatre, please contact Charlie Frasier, Chief Development Officer at 512-476-0594 x294, or email cfrasier@zachtheatre.org.
