All registrations are processed in the order they are received and will be accepted until the class is full or the class has met twice. In order to ensure the quality of our program, we maintain firm enrollment and age limits.
ZACH Performing Arts School endeavors to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for students of all abilities. Parents are encouraged to provide complete information on the registration form and will be contacted by a member of our Education Department to discuss reasonable and respectful accommodations and support strategies.
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration within 24 hours of your registration. Further details will be emailed the week before your class begins.
Cancellations received two weeks prior to the start of the class/camp will be refunded amount paid less a $60 processing/registration fee.
Cancellations received within two weeks of class/camp cannot be refunded. If you are on a payment plan, you are still obligated to pay tuition in-full.
A $60 administrative fee will be accessed for switching classes within two weeks of classes start.
ZACH reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. In this instance any tuition paid will be refunded in full.
Please note: Students who miss a full week of camp due to illness should submit a doctor’s note and may be eligible for a partial credit, based on the individual case.
Early Drop off begins at 8:30 a.m. Late Pick up is until 5:30 p.m. Regular hours are 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Parents picking up after 5:30 p.m. will be assessed an additional fee.
ZACH has made the commitment to never turn a family away for a financial reason. If you need assistant paying for class, please fill out the form below. We will be glad to work with you!

I give ZACH Permission to send and if necessary transport my student to the nearest hospital in case of an emergency.
A kidcode is a one-word password that anyone picking up your student will have to supply in order for your student to be released. Please create your kidcode at time of registration or first day of camp.
Late pick up:
Parents/guardians will be assessed a $10 charge if a child is picked up 15 minutes after class/camp ends, and an additional $1 per minute thereafter. Please pick up your child on time.
Payment plans are available with a credit or debit card by calling the office at 512-476-0594 x236. Payment plans consist of equal installments automatically drafted on the 3rd of each month with balance due:
SUMMER CAMPS and BREAK CAMPS: the 3rd before class begins.
SCHOOL YEAR CLASSES: the 3rd of the month the class ends.
If you are on a payment plan and cancel your class with less than 2-weeks notice you are still obligated to pay tuition in-full.
We highly suggest nothing of value be brought to classes or camps. If necessary Cell phones/personal video games are only allowed to be used during break and lunch times. ZACH Performing Arts School takes no responsibility for any personal items, such as personal electronic devises or cellphones brought to camp.
Please be aware that Performing Arts School classes and camps may be photographed or filmed. Your participation constitutes your authorization for ZACH Theatre to use your child’s photograph, voice or other likeness without his or her name for purposes related to the mission of ZACH Performing Arts School, including but not limited to marketing and promotion in both print and electronic forms.
A $60 deposit is required to secure your registration for each class and camp. You may either pay-in-full or set up a payment plan to be paid throughout semester.
